  • Partner with product, business, and other designers to research, design, and prototype user experiences.
  • Collaborate on the execution of user research to understand users’ behaviors, validate design solutions, and identify product gaps.
  • Act as line manager for a small product design team, overseeing multiple projects, and coaching and mentoring the team to grow personally and professionally.
  • Play an active part in enhancing the UX Design team culture by leading internal initiatives, projects, and contributing to the team’s objectives.

Requirements

  • Thai citizens (fluent Thai speakers) only.6+ years of digital product design experience, with an emphasis on mobile UX design.
  • Portfolio available demonstrating a history of delivering quality products, your roles and responsibilities, and the design processes used.
  • Product design team management experience, including mentoring and upskilling other designers.
  • A deep understanding of user-centric principles, human-computer interaction, psychology, and usability.
  • A talent for articulating ideas and presenting your work to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency with industry-standard design tools (we use Figma).
  • A strong understanding of design methodologies (e.g., design thinking) and the ability to apply them appropriately.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong at English communication
  • An understanding of research methods and tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
